Michigan State University Careers Website Redesign
The Challenge:
MSU’s previous careers website lacked a strong brand presence, had limited storytelling, and wasn’t optimized for today’s job seeker experience.
My Role:
As Talent Sourcing Specialist, I collaborated with HR partners, designers, and developers to help reimagine the site’s structure, flow, and content hierarchy—providing user experience input, brand direction, and page layout guidance using Adobe XD and Balsamiq.
The Solution:
A clean, modern design built in PageUp with stronger navigation, prominent calls to action, and a refreshed brand voice that aligned with MSU’s values and EVP (Employee Value Proposition).
